Pioneer DJ DJM-V10-LF 6-Channel DJ Mixer

A unique twist on the DJM-V10 DJ-mixer, the crossfader of the Pioneer DJM-V10-LF control panel has been removed to make space for wider channel faders and newly-optimised curves. This mixer has definitely been built for insanely detailed DJ work, since the faders are now 60mm wide (the original DJM-V10 faders were a mere 45mm wide) and the fader curve settings are so extreme, you're now able to tweak the volume of each audio source with an unmatched level of accuracy. And just to make sure that you can make the most of all of that detail, the fader buttons are much heavier.

4-Bands EQ & Compression

All of the other features and functions of the DJM-V10-LF are exactly the same as those of the original. So, you're still set up with six channels and enough connection options to hook up CDJs, decks, samplers, synthesizers, drum machines, and so on. The set-up is also just as smooth since all of the input and output ports have been neatly placed in line with the channel faders, so you always know exactly where you are. Meanwhile, the integrated 96kHz/24-bit soundcard processes the audio send from your PC or Mac, resulting in studio-quality sound wiped clean of all possible imperfections. Couple up an iPad via DJM-REC or other FX-apps to use digitally prepared sounds, or simply link up other insert-effects like those of the RMX-1000.

Craft Your Sound!

Using the four-band EQ, the sound can be shaped at will. You get full flexibility when it comes to the frequencies, curves, boosts, and cuts per band, and can isolate the desire range before tinkering with the two mid-ranges of the mix with near-surgical precision. Each channel has also been provided with a dedicated compressor so that the audio quality can be honed in real-time: the quieter the track, the more pressure can be applied for an amplified sound with minimum distortion. To finish, an incredibly extensive Send and Return section is available for adding and combining external effects with the built-in effects - including up to two external guitar effect pedals, FX-units, and more can be hooked up to warp and sculpt unique sounds. And, for tactile and intuitive control over the built-in effects, a smooth touchscreen has been fitted on the right of the control panel.
